About Kiesewetter Angus

Kiesewetter Angus produces high quality cattle that will benefit purebred, commercial and club calf producers who want sound, functional breeding stock that will improve the quality and performance of their herd. We offer cattle and embryos for sale throughout the year. Our bulls are sold private treaty at the farm and through our marketing agreement with Brian Stoller at Bear Mountain Angus in Nebraska. Our females are sold private treaty at the farm and through our female production sale.

Meet Top Line Abigale 6074. Top Line Abigale 6074 was born on Mar 17, 2016 to PVF Insight (sire) and Top Line Abigale 1060 (dam).

6074 was added to our roster from the 2016 Top Line Farms production sale. She is sired by the balanced trait sire PVF Insight and is from the SAV Abigale maternal line on the dam's side of her pedigree. Her low-slung and wide-bodied dam sold for $24,000 to ZWT Ranch in Tennessee at the same auction. In her first show at the 2017 National Western Stock Show she was 4th in the Junior Show and was a class winner in the Open Show. She was a class winner at the 2017 Eastern Regional Show in Louisville, KY and was chosen as the Supreme Champion with her first calf at side at the 2018 IL Jr Angus Show in Bloomington, IL. That same pair was chosen as the Res Grand Champion Cow Calf pair at the 2018 All American Jr Show in Louisville, KY. We think she can produce herd bulls, production females and maybe even some show heifers that look just like her. Her 2020 natural bull calf by SAV Checkmate 8158 was our top selling bull at the 2021 Bear Mountain bull sale in Nebraska. Her 2022 flush by Seldom Rest Sandman produced the top selling heifer in our online sale and the top selling bull in our herd history K A Black Panther 217. Her Spring 2023 daughters by Sitz Stellar are exceptional, expecting Spring 2024 ET calves by Tehama Testament and Sitz Feat.

Our operation is located in the gently rolling hills of West Central Illinois in the Spoon River watershed 25 miles west of Peoria, IL. We make our home in Farmington, which was formed and grew during the coal strip mining days of the 1900's.

Over the past 40+ years, we have grown our operation to have pastures spread throughout Fulton County, as well as other counties in the area. We pride ourselves in caring for our rural area and welcome anyone interested to come see us in action.
